Treatment Programs

5 18 Batterer's Education Program

Learn more about programming designed for offenders convicted of domestic violence including class locations and curricula overview. In addition, community members and victims of domestic violence will find many useful links to available national, state and local resources.

 

5 19 Drug Court

Currently, the District operates two drug court programs in Ottumwa and Ft, Madison, respectively. Drug court is a multi-phase intensive treatment program for offenders addicted to drugs and alcohol.

 

5 19 Restorative Justice Initiative

Summary of the restorative justice philosophy and available services, programming and interventions for victims, offenders and community members. 5 20 Sex Offender Treatment Program

Intensive treatment program that emphasizes personal accountability and responsibility while changing faulty thinking processes that have resulted in sex offenses. This link also includes treatment group locations and downloadable publications regarding the polygraph program and information about the signs of child sexual abuse.
